Terms of Use
Last updated: October 1, 2026
By using WaveStack, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
WaveStack doesn't require an account. If you get it through an app store, your purchase is also covered by that store's terms.
Prerelease builds
WaveStack is in development. Beta and nightly builds may have bugs, change without notice, or stop working. Keep your own backups of anything you can't replace.
Analytics and privacy
WaveStack sends anonymous usage data to help us improve it, and you can turn this off in Settings. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
What you own
Wavetables, audio, and anything else you make or import with WaveStack belong to you. We claim no rights over them. WaveStack processes your files on your device and doesn't upload them.
You're responsible for having the right to use any audio you import, and for following the license terms of any third-party wavetables you open or redistribute.
What we own
WaveStack, including its design, code, and documentation, belongs to its developers. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or make derivative works of the app.
Permitted use
You can use WaveStack for any lawful purpose, including personal, educational, and commercial music production. Tables you export are yours to use and sell.
Limitation of liability
WaveStack is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers of WaveStack aren't liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from use of the app, including lost or corrupted files.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you won't exceed the amount you paid for WaveStack in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use WaveStack after a change means you accept the new terms.
