Modulate sends MIDI to its own port, called “WaveStack Modulate”. Pick this port as an input in your DAW or synth app. To send to something else, such as a MIDI interface, choose it under Send to.
Modulate only sends a CC when its value changes.
Windows doesn’t have virtual MIDI ports. Choose a MIDI interface, or install a loopback driver such as loopMIDI.
